The performance（refer to the Corporation's annual KPI target) should be higher than the annual budget，much better than that.Only those employees always seeking a better performance can be regarded as employees the Corporation needs.

Honesty：

Be honest, keep your word, do not take advantage of others, do not be behind in payment, do what you say, act according to the agreement, and give instant feedback after performing any duty.

Clarity：

Between shareholders, between colleagues, and between clients and suppliers, the data must be clear; it is not allowed to take any cash or cash equivalent given by any supplier or client, and nor is it allowed to embezzle public funds.

Speed：

Give fast response，settle the work of the day within the same day, and follow the "123 rule" for jobs placed by the superior (For jobs placed by the superior, if there is no set time, better finish it within the same day; the second best is to finish it on the second day; the latest should not be later than the third day)；Give an instant reply to the mobile phone's short message; answer the call from the mobile phone at once; keep the mobile phone on (in the period from 11:00 of the night to 7:30 of the next morning, it can be off because of sleeping); for some posts, the mobile should be kept on for 24 hours.

Service：

Better QCDC (Quality, Cost, Delivery Time, and Courtesy): The production and quality control departments must try to control the product quality，the purchasing department, finance department and the whole corporation must try their best to reduce the cost, the production and PMC departments must try to reach a higher rate of delivery success, and there must be good courtesy between shareholders, between colleagues, between clients and suppliers, and between friends. Norms：

Abide by all kinds of governmental stipulations, and abide by the plant's disciplines and regulations. Do not do things irrelevant to the work when on duty, do not eat  between-meal nibbles during working, do not spit everywhere in the plant, and keep each place of the plant, office and conference room neat and clean (put back anything into its original place after using).
